Howard,
The amount of filtering depends on your antenna farm.
Check out Dave's web site at  www.k1ttt.net and look under Tech Reference.
You should find a bunch of stuff on coax stubs.

Also the W3NQN bandpass filters I understand are real good. You can find
information about them at www.arraysolutions.com
These filters are a little on the high dollar end but you should not have to
worry about burning them up.
