I installed 10.17 and can't get the mouse wheel to tune the rig. I couldn't
find anything in the help section, except to add a line to the .ini file
which I did. All other rig control functions are OK, using a 1000MP.

Me either. Also put the MOUSE_WHEEL_HZ=10 line in the ini file with no
results (using 1000MP as well).
