LTSpice will do this.
This is a very powerful general purpose analog simulator. You will need to draw
the filter schematic and apply the stimulus. Watch the instructional videos to
understand how to use it.

Subject: [VHFcontesting] RF Filter analysis software

Does anyone know of a software package or web site that I can use to do RF
filter analysis? I am looking for something where I can input values of a
filter and see/analyze the bandpass/cutoff characteristics. There are
plenty of sites where I can design filters by inputting freq/type, etc and
it will calculate values (markimicrowave.com), but I want to do the
opposite. I have the values and want to see what it looks like.
