SOAPBOX: Wow, what a contest! I have been very inactive for the past few years
as I slowly put together a new station. I finally got enough together to try a
"serious" effort. I only had 6 & 2, and low power, but I think it went rather
well. 6 opened up nice on Saturday and I was even able to have a few good
runs. Sunday was a different story. There were weak conditions in almost
every direction on FT8, But it was a slow grind for every QSO all day long...
I'm looking forward to the CQ-VHF and the September VHF with, hopefully, more
improvements! 73 all, K9ZF
