Hi Ron
I managed to lose my internet connection on the hilltop VHF shack
around 0100 UT . It turns out that my modem at the house has croaked,
so I am off e mails until next Monday when they can send a tech. I
found conditions to be quite stable with much less QSB than normal.
WA3EOQ was steady and in there 100% and we completed right away. I
quit a few minutes after 9 PM and went to check on why I had on
internet connection. It is always something when you have a home brew
road, home brew internet, and home brew AC power!!
My log book showed 18 QSOs N1JEZ FN44on SSB, W1GHZ FN34 on SSB,
WA3EOQ FM09 on CW, WA3NUF FN20 on SSB 5X7, WA2ONK FN20 SSB 5X7, K1PXE
FN31 SSB, WZ1V (Good Buddy Ron)FN31 SSB , K2RMX FN20 SSB 5X7, KC3BVL
FM29 SSB 5X7, WA3GFZ in FN20 built up to 5X6 with QSB, WA1NLG FN41 on
the Cape, N1MIW FN41, W2BYP FN13CW 5X7, KO4YC SSB FM17, W1AIM FN34
SSB, W1JR FN42 SSB, WA1PBU FN42 SSB, and N1LHP FN42 also on SSB.
It was chilly and I had the heat on in the shack at least when the
diesel was running.
