I am certainly no expert on WSJT-X. However, the software already has
what they call TX Macros. You can pre-define macros like "QSY 144.174"
or whatever you want. Then just select that macro and send it via TX5.
I have one that sends "UR Grid?" due to the folks that just insist on
sending a funny little number rather than their grid. Grids are
required in contests and before FT8 came along they were the standard
signal report in VHF.....as opposed to 579 or 59.
