There is the "roverstatus" app that I've used before - it takes your GPS
location and a note (frequency or whatever) and beacons to Twitter, that
gets scraped and posted to the cluster and to APRS-IS.

Honestly, while I've beaconed both with the app and with a mobile radio
dedicated to APRS I have to wonder if it is ever at all useful. Does anyone
watch APRS for rovers?
