[VHFcontesting] 222 and Up Distance contest scoring

W0ZQ made some comments in his 3830 soapbox about 'diddle factor with
logging, scoring and reporting' to get his log ready and was wondering what
tools were available.

N1MM+ now has built-in scoring for this contest and it works just like
every other contest N1MM+ is set up for.  Real time correct scoring and
generation of submission-ready cabrillo files.
