0710pdt 05august19 Hello all: After working on my log entry and looking at scores shown on the 3830 Rumor Page, I wonder if all of us are properly scoring our entries? According to the example in the rules, I believe that score is determined by number of points for the qso based on band (eg 2 points on 135cm, 1 point on 70 cm, 4 points on 33 cm, or 2 points on 23) cm MULTIPLIED by the distance for THAT QSO in Km. For example, I worked K6MYC on 135cm. 2 points MULTIPLIED by 347.69 Km = 695.38 Score Please correct me if I am wrong!! Great to participate in this new 'test'! bt73 Pete, N6ZE/R in DM04ne today _______________________________________________ VHFcontesting mailing list VHFcontesting@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/vhfcontesting |
