[VHFcontesting] XE2CQ mobil on DM20

Just got a phone call from XE2CQ who is now  heading to San Pedro Martir park, 
  he will be on the camping site DM20ga  area and with chance to get permission 
to operate
from the top near the telescopes  at DM21gb   just a few hundred feet apart, 
with luck  he can have some openings ,  he will stay until saturday afternoon
the place  is around 8500 to 9000ft  ASL
