Hi All,
First, my apologies for the lack of rovers from WNY this weekend. Te entire
rover delegation from this small piece of FN03 will be at my QTH for a lower
four effort. We have good power and equipment for 6 and 2 and an OK setup on
222 and 432. We will be making extensive use of CW to extend our range. 6m has
been open a lot in the past week and it looks like today the map is lit up too.
REMINDER: the ARRL has a new FM only category. We will be monitoring 146.55
full time and can also work you on 446.000 and 223.500 FM. If you are out this
weekend driving around or hanging out in the shack please hand out some QSOs to
the new guys (and the old guys) who may only have fm on a few bands.
73,
Mark K2QO
