I am testing out various scoring rules and schedules for distance scoring
purposes, and am in need of logs for this year's September VHF QSO Party. Last
time we asked for logs in the 2009 June VHF QSO Party, the log data was
instrumental in developing views towards summer-time Es. Your Sept logs would
be very useful in determining whether distance scoring may be workable in a
multi-band contest largely driven by tropo conditions.

Anyone interested in viewing the latest version of the baseline distance
scoring rules is welcome to view a report on distance-scoring, which is at:
https://sites.google.com/site/vhfdistancescoring/

All amateurs are also cordially invited to join the distance scoring working
group at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/VHFDistanceScoring/

After the contest, please send your log me at w9gka@arrl.net, or to
vhfdistance@gmail.com. Any size of log or class is fine.
