I will be operating LP again from Windmill Hill home QTH with 200 watts out
on 6M and 2M, 80W on 222, 100W on 432, and 10W or less on 902, 1296, and
2304. Have a new 2M Directive Systems LVA, 8 x 5 el, fixed at 30 degrees
which does a good job (- 3db 52 degrees beamwidth) from the Atlantic coast
to as far west as Akron, Ohio. Other antennas are 6 el M2 for 6M, 18 el 5
wl for 2M, 8/8 skel slot for 222, stacked 14 wl for 432, and loop yagis for
microwave.
I normally can not copy much on 2M above 144.200 where LOS multiop AA4ZZ
operates, so look for me around .187 or call CQ occasionally well below
.200.
If 144.187 is on a northeastern multi-op frequency, please tell me so I have
a chance of working stations to my northeast. I can work several PA
stations and as far northeast as W2KV at 546 miles if I can find a clear
frequency.
Have fun and look for me. I can run CW/SSB skeds if interested. Requests to
QRZ email address.
