Congratulations to Thomas Johnson, WD5K for this significant achievement. It's amazing how much activity of all kinds the FFMA Award has sparked on Six Meters. It gives those who have been active for many years even more reason to prowl the band, and has inspired a lot of rover operations, DXpeditions, and WSJT activity. All in all, I think creating the award has to be viewed as a major success. Kudos to the league for sponsoring it.
