I have converted one of the Motorola 2 board 300w amps for 903 Mhz per the brief instructions on the VHF South web site. I am only getting 20 watts out with 4 watts of drive. Idle current is 2.2 Amps at 26 Volts with the PTT active. With 4 watts of drive on 903 Mhz it draws around 10 Amps with only 20 watts out. It draws up to 17 Amps with more drive but very little additional RF output. Does anyone know how the dip switches are to be set or what their function is?? Does anyone have any ideas?
