Geoff et All,
I have two points - first, Terry is correct, you can operate other
bands but not include them in your contest entry score. BUT, PLEASE
submit the contacts on a check log because if I work you on 10g and I'm
not in your log I not only have the contacts disallowed but I'll also be
panelized additional contacts as well as loose the multiplier! I have
had this happen to be by working a Multi-limited on 903 and 1296.
The other point is that Rover Limited seems to be a beginner class. It
doesn't even require that you run all 4 bands. If you want to run 4
bands but not necessarily the bottom 4 you can enter as a normal Rover
and run whatever bands you want. How does that "screw" anyone?
For those who just want to win, don't try to change or distort the rules
in your favor. Get busy and develop your station and your abilities and
go out and win on those basic merits.

Jim K3LFO/r
