Hi Les, I'm looking forward to the contest as well. But I'm just
going to take it easy, and just have fun in the contest. I don't
expect to win, or even have a high score. I enjoy rag chewing, and
have been doing so on a daily basis on 6 meters, since the band is
finally open for several hours a day.
What surprises me, is what you said, and what I hear a lot on six, and
that is the need for Florida. I thought Florida had a higher
concentration of hams, since there are so many people who are retired
here (myself included). I'll be QRV on six. And if you really need
EL95, shoot me an email and we'll setup a sked for the contest.
Good luck!
