Yeah, pretty much the only way to make this all easier is to keep the 
rules to a minimum, and in ONE place.

Taxes is a similar problem.  They pay lots of people in real jobs to 
hunt down all of THOSE rules.  LOL!  :-)

Here's rooting for a flat tax and a set of contest rules for ANY contest 
that fits on a single sheet of 8 1/2" X 11" paper!

(And no *CHEATING* and lowering the font size to 3 either!  Hahaha... 
BIG GRIN...)
