Coax should be ok if then ends are properly installed. IC and other parts 
should be fine too.
As for the equipment, as long as they were not powered during the flood, rinse 
them with a pure or bottled water to wash out the dirt and then dry them.
I knew a college electronics instructor that would "wash" TV's. Drain the Caps 
and wash, rinse and DRY! Never had a issue.
