I did this contest a few years ago, just using my horiz. 2m beam on 222 and 
440. There was a lot of activity and I earned a certificate. They do 4 bands 
(6,2,222, 432) with varying rules each year. One year it's a free for all, 
other 
years it's one band, then an hour later the next band. Had a number of rovers 
too.

Lot of FMers here I guess.
