If you downloaded CT (DOS) version 9.92, it runs best in a purely DOS
environment. It's a little tricky with Windows XP but with earlier
versions of Windows, you may need to re-boot your computer into a DOS
prompt mode and then run it.
CTWIN should run on any Windows operating system. Maybe not 3.1 but I
haven't even tried that in many years. I've used it with everything from
Windows 95 onward.
