I have had similar experiences with Tom with sharing logs - and K5TR is to
be congratulated on making his logs public domain.

PS: For thsoe who are "demanding proof" of captive rovers, you probably
aren't going to see it. For you, perhaps it would be helpful to make
this a hypothetical question. Do you think there should be rovers sent
out by a group that only works that group and doesn't make attempts to
work other stations in the contest?

Do you think a grid circling rover who only works the other two guys
in the operation is a captive rover?

Don't get hung up on the proof - what is your opinion if this was
happening?

And again - except for the "reasonable attempt to work other stations"
rule - nobody is saying what what people have done is illegal. The question
is - should this type of operation be discouraged?
