Exactly, Jeff. You're 100% right. We imperfect
humans need an "honor adjustment" from time to time.
There is nothing wrong with offering such adjustment
(in a kind but forceful way) from time to time, where
there is data to support doing so.
This comes back to the issue of enforcement. And we
are back to where things started. :)
