You might check to see if the logging program allows you to embed the slower
command in your exchange. That way you could have a 25 wpm exchange, a 15 wpm
exchange, and an 8 wpm exchange just by hitting F2, F7, or F8 (or whatever). If
the command for slower is ^S and faster is ^F, your exchange might be "TU FN22
FN22" while the slower one would be "^S^S^S^S^STU FN22 FN22 ^F^F^F^F^F" to get
back up to speed. This way it's automatic.
