The MAR-3 is an MMIC made by Mini-Circuits Labs; there is a large
number/variety of devices of this type by various mfgrs. See: <
http://www.minicircuits.com/ >. The (perhaps) easiest place to find one
is from DownEast Microwave. Give Steve a call.
