The ARRL UHF Contest is August 4 -5. I plan to be QRV in the contest
portable from EM18 Aug. 5 on 432 and 1296 MHz.
How about operating a while in the contest and sending in your log? The ARRL
almost dropped the UHF 'test a few years ago. This contest is a good "warm
up" to test UHF/microwave gear and antennas for the September VHF QSO Party.
The VHF Contest Reflector is a great idea!!
I'll be at Central States (Dallas, TX) July 28 - 29. The "Grid Pirates" are
giving a talk about the K8GP VHF Contest station on Saturday.
