I am a big fan of JK Antennas - my C3S-JK is an excellent performer. I had
several discussions with those folks before I bought my antenna, and have had
no problems that requires any support for it.
I am also a big fan of DX Engineering. I bought an MFJ antenna from them that
turned out to have some parts missing. When I could not get through to MFJ, one
call to DX Engineering support got
The missing parts on the way from MFJ, and they followed up to make sure I was
happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to buy from them, and am very
happy with their support.

If you need support for the Innov LFA, give them a call. I truly believe that
with either vendor you can’t go wrong.
