Thank you all for your feedback. I appreciate many quick suggestions.

We were able to clean it up using:

1. 3100 PSI Pressure Washer . 2000 PSI was not strong enough.
2. Fine grade Steel Wool - after the washing we needed to clean up some
stubborn particles.


The next step is the tower installation. We need the machine to lift the
tower up horizontally at least 8 ft above the foundation. We are debating
if we should use the excavator to hang it on the hand or some forklift.
This is an older tower 1400 lb
