I suspect that the top of the building is solid sheet steel ... a near perfect ground plane ..good for at least 1 S unit Dave NR1DX I hadn't thought of that Dave. If it is a steel roof I suspect it's tied into the buildings I-beams that run across the roof. Not sure if that would add to the effectiveness of the ground plane.
