Note the source -- it's from Motorola, a great company, but their focus 
is UHF on tall towers and/or mountaintops. And on mountaintops, the soil 
often lousy. For several years, I leased a decommissioned AT&T Long 
Lines microwave site at 3,000 ft, and had the opportunity to study the 
engineering drawings for their grounding and bonding system.
