If I were you I'd consider a small lightweight tapering aluminum tower
40 feet high.  For only holding a wire, it doesn't have to be in
concrete and it is okay to guy it.  It will give you rigidity and
simple guying you won't have with masts.   The lightest ones that are
rated for around 4 sq. ft. don't weigh much.
