There's a variety of poles for holding cameras up high.

The Spiderbeam/DK4SQ type 40 foot poles are pretty skinny at the top,
but you don't have to use all the sections.
The ever popular crappie/panfish pole is also an inexpensive
possibility, although they tend to be shorter than 25 ft. but maybe one
of those on top of a 10ft fiberglass tube or painter's pole might work?
Is guying acceptable (two of the loop wires serve as guys, after all)..
