Hi Carol,
43 mix works fine for CM chokes, but it depends the frequencies you need to
cover.
Best procedure is to use a VNA and "tune" the choke for best choke impedance
over the required frequencies.
Basically the number of turns, diameter, etc.
I've been testing some 43 mix cores some days ago, and depending on those
variables, the choke will present the higher impedance over different
frequencies.

was thinking of 5 cores, 6 or 7 turns RG213 Or RG8X. Yes or no?
