My guess would be a New-Tronics Cliff Dweller. Never saw one in person but they
were always prominent in the AES catalogs in the 1960s.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Need help identifying some antenna pieces
Please excuse the question if this is no the place to ask. I recently
acquired some various antenna pieces. 2 items like like elements from a
beam but both look like they have a small rotor in them at the center.
Both are New-Tronics (Hustler?) but when I google for images I get little
and results return mostly Hustler mobile antennas and Hustler verticals.
This is not a vertical. I wondered if it was not a rotatable dipole but it
made more sense that it was part of a yagi since both pieces were not
identical but similar.
Thank you for your help.
