I bought three come-alongs from Tractor Supply on sale for $22.00 each, it made
it easier to have a come-along on each of the guy points for plumbing the tower.
The Loos gage from Champion is easy to use to adjust the tension. In my case 10
% of the 4,000 lb rated cable and phillystran.

Harbor Freight comealongs are about the cheapest tool you can buy and I’ve
never had one fail, even under abuse.
I once tightened one with a pipe cheater on the handle and got it to about
middle C.
Northern Tool sells about the same stuff, maybe a small increment better
quality.
Check all pins and fittings before starting and keep a layer of cable on the
drum.
Besides, they are useful later, as load binders, trailer loaders, etc.
