If you can put one length of conduit over the cable(s), hard line, or
whatever at a time so when all the conduit is assembled all the "stuff"
is in place and doesn't need to be pulled you will be light years ahead
in effort and risk. Pulling with bends in the conduit (45 degrees or
whatever makes the job much more difficult. A 45 degree bend NEAR the
end of the conduit where the wire will start into the conduit can be
partially compensated for by having someone pushing on the cable at the
starting end. With 45 degree sweeps several feet from the starting end
you are multiplying the friction by leaps and bounds. Best to avoid the
problem. If you can't assemble the conduit over its contents one piece
at a time, at least be very free and easy with the gel type wire pulling
lube and keep your fingers crossed.

on pulling the hardline first, so I have the most room, then I will run a
mouse through the conduit to avoid having the remaining cables trying to
wrap around the hardline and getting wedged under or stuck by the hardline.
