I obtained a used Tennadyne Model T8 for my short tower and am getting ready to put it back together. The instructions state that I should not use ANTI-OXIDE grease; in bold letters. Instead they recommend using WD-40 or graphite. I've always used it for assembling antenna elements. Is there any good reason to not use ANTI-OXIDE inside the element extensions?
