Does anybody have the ground properties for such flats? e.g. Black Rock Desert Playa in NV? I operated mobile there and got some amazing reports. The Playa is inundated in the winter, and totally impassible until the surface hardens up to alkali crust over a base that remains damp.

Good place to test antennas and no power lines.

I had a gap vert. on the edge of a brackish water cove in CT. Worked pretty good.
