One of the more interesting techniques I've seen to get a tilt-over "started" 
is the one Dave, G4HUP, has at his station. He uses a pneumatic bladder from 
some sort of truck suspension. It also has the advantage of cushioning the 
tower when it's raised and wants to "pop" vertical. Details and pictures in
