I like both designs.
One to get up to the base of the mast and the other hunters platform up high on
the mast when working on antennas.
I have 16 feet of 2” chrome moly mast out the top of my tower and I use
climbing steps made from galvanized angle clamped on with big u-bolts.
The angle iron isn’t very comfortable when I am standing on them for any length
of time. If I could attach one of the hunters platforms (easily) that
might be a good solution up on the mast.
