Dont be too fast to count out screw anchors. In many types of soil they are fine. I've had them in for 25 years and when I tried to pull them out with our 600 HP 4 wheel drive tractar they wouldn't come out. I boke the eye in the anchor first. I decided to dig one out. It looked as good as the day I put it in 20 years ago. We have loamy type soil. Of course if you have sandy zoil maybe not but works for me. YMMV Gregg.
