The formula cited from Terman is based on the one from E.B. Rosa and is
correct. I cannot say whether they've implemented it correctly. Running
a couple test cases 1x1 and 20x0.05, it looks about the right magnitude.
square wires are about 1 uH/meter, and that's a good rule of thumb number.
