I have participated in tower building sessions where a 5 foot length of pipe
was inserted into one tower leg and a "modest" (one man) force was applied
at the far end of the pipe to correct alignment.

Last week I had the same issue with a piece of new Rohn 55. I did not
pre-fit them, but did noticed the problem visually and used a floor jack to
straighten it out. You can easily check all of the leg spacing with a tape
measure before installing. There is nothing precise about tower sections or
hardware.

I am pre assembling a rohn45 tower but one section will not line up, it
appears to be about 1/8 of an inch out on one leg. What is the best way to
align the tower section?
