Go down to your local truck stop and ask a couple guys for the name of their
broker and tell them what you need.
Brokers match loads to available drivers.
Independent and owner operator drivers work with them all the time. If the
broker can't help you ask for a referral to one who can,
I used to work for Lowes freight working on the computer systems these brokers
use to tender freight.
You could also write down a few national carrier names off the doors of trucks.
They're required to post contact info.
