Hello, I am running balanced line from the shack to a loop antenna where a section of line will run from just outside the shack window to the opposite end of the house for a length of approx 80 feet. The line spacing will be held under the tension on the transmission line without wire spacers. I am using 14 ga wire and want to know if it is better to use stranded or solid wire for this application? Thank you and 73, Garry - K4OR _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
