[TowerTalk] Re-Cabling a TX-472

I am going to re-cable the tower this summer , I am not at all comfortable with 
some sections of the cable. Where is the best place to get the cable , and does 
anyone know just how much cable I need ? the tower will be on the ground , what 
is the best way to re-string it , pull it thru with the old one ?
