[TowerTalk] 10M groundplane radials

A simple question: I'm going to put a 5/8 wavelength 10M vertical on a
15' pole (one of the Zero-Five single band 5/8 verticals), with 4 radials
as the guys. Are the radials supposed to be 1/4 or 5/8 wavelength long?
