I have an HF2V and can say that it works very well on 40 and holds it's own on
80. However it is very narrow on 80 (about 40kc's).

Tom none of those antennas will out play the HF2V. The only antenna that
will do better is one that is at least 65 feet tall with at least 20 65 foot
radials.
