Mark:  How will you guy at 81 feet if the top is at 86?  The person 
working on the tower will be much happier working above a guy than below 
it.  Sure you will save a few bux on the guy bracket assembly, but it is 
false economy.  Guy it as it should be guyed, and if 81 is where the top 
guy should be then put it there.   By the way one of my towers is done 
exactly that way.  Top guy bracket is 7 feet below the flat top plate.  
I used the holes in the top plate to hold up the rope ends of an 80 
meter four square array.  72 bob de w9ge
