Don't forget that is double pull rating. Single pull is 650.

I would look at the 1300 lb rated "Hoist" from Harbor Freight. It uses
wire rope not chain and is designed for overhead lifting. Several people in
the Phoenix area have fixed these to crankup towers and they work very well.
They have 4 models of Hoists, but I would go with the highest rated one
(1300lb). There are 20% percent off coupons for HF all over the place,
which would make your purchase about $100. They run off 120 VAC. The SKU
# is 02954 and you can examine it on their website.
